Arguments

out_dir	`character` file path to folder
Lmax	`numeric` maximum scale
raster_resolution	`numeric` raster resolution, to determine the scales
.len	numbers of scales, passed to `get_all_R_L()` with a default of 5 factors and only with factors of 12
...	passed to `stars::read_stars()` to allow `proxy = FALSE`

a list with two elements containing the rasters as a list of stars objects and the spatial scales
